I Order Samsung galaxy M04 on 19th January 2023 and I received the parcel on 22nd January 2023 having order no. – 403-6003335-8149129

If your investigation is showing product was delivered upto date, then, by magic,just before opening, mobile got disappeared, I’ll show the
I have purchased this mobile for my 88 year old grandfather as a surprise gift but voila, the surprise is for me.
I have been purchasing products from Amazon for last many years and I believed that receiving empty packets was just a story but it had happened to me now.
Please, look into the matter. Do your investigation has the video recording of courier boy between picking the product from you and delivering it to me, No, because you trusted him.
If you can’t help me out from this issue then I’ll make sure I’ll proceed with the legal formalities.
I also didn’t make a video of opening the product but i clicked the picture of that because, I trusted Amazon.
Please look into the matter again and deliver my mobile to me.
