AND INVOICE NUMBER : CJB1-2001854 WITH INVOICE DETAILS : TN-CJB1-1034-2122 AMOUNTING TO RS 34999/-AS PER TRACKING ID: 276702440493
I HAVE RECEIVED MY PRODUCT FROM AMAZON COURIER DATED ON 05/02/2022 . BUT WHEN I UNBOX THE PARCEL PHONE WAS MISSING FROM BOX . I HAVE INFORM THE AMAZON CUSTOMERCARE REGARDING THE ISSUE THAT PHONE WAS MISSING FROM PARCEL.BUT AFTER RETURN POLICY OVER THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED FULL ITEM TO ME . AND ALSO INFORM ME THAT THEY CANT HELP ME FOR MISSING ITEM. WHEN I OPEN THE PARCEL ITEM WAS MISSING AND LITTLE PARCEL WAS DAMAGED FROM OUTSIDE AND ALSO INSIDE CARDBOARD PARCEL WAS DAMAGED AND ALSO PHONE WRAPPING WAS OPENED FROM INSIDE . WHEN I OPEN THE IPHONE BOX ITEM WAS MISSING .
