I buy phone online, which is a bit risky, but I make sure that the store I will purchase is their official account. The reviews and details about it are good, and my budget matches the prize. However, it took weeks before I received the product. When I open it, the phone itself is a bit different from the picture to the actual, since the specification and the appearance is obviously not the same.
I tried multiple times to contact the seller, but it did not respond to any of my concerns. I also tried to refund, but it did not end up successful. The money I spend does not reach ₱10,000, but not lower than ₱3,000. It is still a big sum of money, that a person like me who needed the phone for online classes comes to nothing, because of something like that happened.
NOTE: It is still during the pandemic, so going outside is limited, which is why I do not have any choice but to purchase, not as want, but as need.
