Phone is not reaching while am in residence, facing this for 4 months

After having an Airtel connection for the last 19+ years, we are facing challenges which is not supported by your airtel Team. For the past 3 months I have been having issues while attending calls at residence, I have to come all the way out of my home to respond to the call.. Unable to hear or the responded unable to hear the voice.

1. Have raised complain over phone on 20th of Jan and received a reply SMS saying that issue got closed, However, issue continues, Refer attached image

2. Again i have raised the complaint on 30th of Jan and received a reply SMS saying that issue got resolved. However issue continues, refer attached image

3. We felt that calling may not give the proper solution and visited the nearby showroom at Madipakkam, Chennai 91 and registered my complaint with the showroom on 17th February,. After I came back home, I received a call from the showroom to provide some details, whatever details i know i have provided and share the screenshot with YELLOW colour which I am not aware of, refer the attached image.

There is no improvement in the calls, and today 29th i visited the showroom again and asked for the update..

One Mr Sudhakar from the team asked me to share GRS by screenshot, I said, why was this not addressed earlier, this looks something technical, to be frank I am not aware of this. Do all the Customers need to be technically strong to use AIRTEL, why such a delay.

AIRTEL team replied, we have to see the boost in customer revenue and details to go further.

Now I would like to know
1 If customers are important for AIRTEL, revenue based services only made by AIRTEL
2 When a customer is facing a problem, you need the customer to keep on calling you to get the update and it’s our responsibility to get the issue rectified.
3 whether a solution can be provided to my voice call or not.
Note: Calls able to attend outside without any hurdle, Internet also working properly.

With a heavy heart, I would say if not, it is better to change the service provider after my 19+ years of relation, you pushed me to change the service provider.
