I ordered redmi note 10 pro phone on Amazon (sep 19).I received the product on sep 21 st , but the phone is missing. I raised the complain within 30 mins . I did not provide me the proper solution. Amazon not taking the responsibility for this. They refused the return or refund.The weight of box is given as 0.58kgs ,but the box which I received is 0.37 kgs. It’s the mistake of amazon they are making the customer more frastrating. I need justice for my issue.
