Hello , Poco , xiaomi, Flipkart
I purchased the Poco M4 Pro 4G for my mother during the August 10, 2022 sale. After three months, it starts to slow and get hot while charging and watching YouTube videos.
However, it’s fine and suitable for daily use. However, on November 10, 2022, my phone would not turn on, so I went to the Xiaomi/Poco repair facility in Ahmedabad today.
I was astonished to learn that the phone was not covered by warranty even though only three months had gone since purchase and there were no visible physical damages. The service centre estimated that it would cost me 14400 INR to replace the motherboard and screen. Guys, you determine that despite your warranty, it cannot be repaired, and they accuse me of causing liquid damage and third-party repairs even that’s the biggest excuse to not give warranty.
I also tried your helpline no response .
So gentlemen please revert back with a solution if you are keen to resolve this issue.
otherwise i will consider & will prepare my document for the consumer forum to take this ahead with high order.
