I have an issue with flipkart. Purchased the Infinix mobile Zero 8i from flipkart with complete mobile protection. After some day After some day my screen got damage and regarding this issue discussed with Jeevesh team and they changed my phone screen when I received my phone and checked it then I got that there is a scratch on my phone screen and little bit curved on upper side of the screen (I found this issue when we fix the tapered glass).
When I complained about this issue to the Jeevesh team they asked me for a pick, I sent the pick and asked for confirmation. They told me that Jeevesh team forwarded the concerned department once they will received the feedback then they will confirm (Mail sent on 19th July 2021) and from 19th July 2021 to till date I have mail many time and ask for feedback but the reply receive same from 19th July to till date that “Still we did not receive any updates from the concerned team, Once we get an update will let you know.” Till date I have not received any positive response.
When I complained regarding this issue to the flipkart team they told me that there is no way to resolve this issue through flipkart you just discuss with Jeevesh team and wait.
Now I am helpless because both companies are not resolving my issue. Request you to please do the needful with a positive response.
