I bought a Samsung galaxy S23 phone from Flipkart under exchange scheme on 05-May-2023. I paid full amount of Rs.30,068/- for new samsung phone. My old phone has not been picked up by their delivery agent and he keeps refusing to pick up the phone saying if they do the exchange process wrong Flipkart will penalise them. I am yet to receive my Rs. 7,550/- because of harassment from Flipkart delivery agents. This has happened for 15 days and now they have cancelled my pickup randomly without even contacting me. I complained several times in their app, on their customer care number and on Twitter. I only got one phone call and that too without any resolution.
