I have purchased a poco c3 mobile on 19/10/2021.. which had given 1 year warranty for this product and unfortunately this phone screen folder is non functional with any damage or breakage.. so i have visited the service centre of poco and ask the replace/keep it fully functional free of cast as per warranty but without check the phone service centre people demanded 3500 rupees and told me that it was damaged by you so you have to pay but i just want to tell that it is automatically happened and there is no single scratch on phone please help as soon as posible.. this is totally unethical
