Dear sir/Madam,
I have purchased i phone Mini12 though online flipkart on 24th Oct 21, of Rs.42,099, Phone died not arriving mobile not getting switched on, from beaning to still and mobile is not getting power on from starting stage and phone is not working and I have already complaint raised three time customer service but no response your end.
We also visited I care services center, situated at thanisandra main road shop bangalore and we received report from “I care services center” for not powering on, for users device not recognized by Mac Diagnostic devices and report enclosed
I have been requested to returned / exchange and approved your end. But E -kart delivery boy rejected to replacement of mobile due to since he told IMEI No not available in the iPhone and phone is not working and i am suffering
Kindly refund the amount to my flipkart wallet or My SB account and bill and iphone pics enclosed. If in case not possible for refund i go for next level consumer court. I am following daily but not response your end.
