Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Tushar Hona Shelkande residing on rental basis at Kalwa, Thane.
In the Covid-19 situation i got sms about LED bulb business and i have called on that number (7065633364/9990884597) and got the details from them. They had told me, this is a LED bulb assembly business, they will provide us the complete raw materials to us and then they will take from us 1 pcs Rs.70/-. For that I have paid Rs.35,000/- of Machine Cost. I have paid the same then called and said please pay GST cost of Rs.9800/- of machine. I have asked them Tax Invoice, they told me they will provide me with time of machine installation with agreement.
I have call them for machine, agreement and material, they told it will reach 04/08/2020 to me on that basis i have taken shop on Rent Rs.2500/-.
After 04/08/2020 i had call they ask about the machine, agreement and material again they said it will reach on 18/08/2020, after this date i have call them ask them about the same, they told me there is company offer if you pay Rs.20000/- will arrange same within weeks time. I have told them about my financial condition and the amount which i have paid to them it borrowed from other person. I have to refund them so please start the business on urgent basis. After that, they have gave me the Covid-19 reason.
And now above both numbers is not reachable from weeks time. I have send them what app & text message to them but no reply.
I have paid them Rs.79800/- including shop rent.
I have there phone call recording and online transaction payment details.
