Firstly, I have got a IVR call from DHL – courier service, stating that your courier has been cancelled, so i was surprised because i have not placed any courier and then i have been redirected to customer service, then asked him what is it, i have not placed and courier how can one be cancelled, So then he asked my my FUll name so he could track the details- then i told him my name— after that he told me all the details and told me a sevierity of the package contents.

and he has transferred the call to some police no – and i told him the above details, and the call got discoonected and he called me from a no – 9250722286 but there was a network issue and got a call from another no- 9279966967 which i did not answer.
