The issue is NOT getting resolved, despite repeated requests and communication with the Vi Company Customer care support facility.
My RMN has Full DND Activated, but every now and then phone balance gets deducted, due to some useless subscriptions that I have never made like Fun portal, SONGS, VIDEO, ppu_game, contentDesc. I have never ever given my consent to such useless subscriptions, but my phone balance has been robbed off by this Vi Company from Rs. 159.78 (27.11.2020) to Rs. 82.79 (26.01.2021).
It appears as if due to ongoing crises and financial losses, the Vi Company has resorted to illegal means of extorting money, from valued customers by adopting such menial practices. There are many such similar complaints filed by other valued customers, but this Vi Company is not paying any heed to this. Seems, they have adopted this fraudulent practice as their Company policy after merger. This kind of deductions, without the consent of customers, must be repaid to all customers and legal action must be initiated against this Vi Company.
If such kind of enlightened citizens can be fooled, think about other people who are not that aware.
Requesting stringent action against this Vi Company for engaging in such fraudulent practices.
