I am qualified Chartered Accountant. I am receiving multiple calls from Phoenix Finance company stating themselves as a sister concern of kotak mahindra bank. They are saying that someone has taken a loan from them and have given my number as a reference.
However i haven’t confirmed or signed anywhere about the same. They are continuously calling at my no. and at my office landline no. Instead of calling that person. They are mentally harassing me from these calls. Their numbers are 011 40501573, 01140501572, 01140501574, 01147061385.
Please take some serious action against them.
