I took a loan from phockket and had to pay the first installment, I did not have sufficient balance so the EMI bounced, however I paid the amount by evening with a penalty of 1k (who charges a penalty of 1k for repaying late in the day). Now they keep sending me emails that I haven’t paid the amount daily while i have cleared the due. Please sue this company for harassing me by sending fraud emails. The app also shows I haven’t paid the due. Please help me with this.
