Dear Sir/Madam
I had borrowed loan From the Finance company named As “PHOCKET” as of Rs 25,000 for 3 Months and i have timely paid 2 months of EMI of Rs. 9065 on or before due date and for this month due to some Personal Emergency i dint able to pay the EMI so from the day i bounced my EMI they started calling me. So i dint received their call by seeing soo many calls from their recovery Agent and their threatening messages, so they called my friend and started argument with him threatening him and started firing bad words to me and to him also, Even They called my relative whose number was not provided by me to them, i have all the call recording and messages against this PHOCKET company, Now they started picking up random numbers from my contacts and they are informing them about my loan and bounced EMI, and Right now im depressed because they started telling me that they will call my company in which i am working and will inform them the same. I am attaching the audio of the call they made to my relative who’s number was not provided. Please take the necessary action against this Issue.
