Hi ,i received a philips hair dryer 19 sep 2023 in evening time ,ekart logistics delivery boy came and gave me that box ,but when I see ,this is open box ,not sealed or fully packed ,no Flipkart packing ,no seller,no customer information..no invoice also torn and poor box of product,I ask to delivery boy ,but he is also very rude behaviour and suddenly very fastly ran away ,then I have dought about this product,may be this is used or fake product or something damage issue or defective issue ..just that time I make a video and click photo,and talk to customer care .. executive say we solve ur issue but every time seller denied my return request.. I don’t know why I phase this hassle 😔,2 times svpheripherel seller rejected my request…864 rs not a small amount gor me ,it’s a bigg amount a middle class ,house wife… please do something for my support..i request uh … please
