Text of Complaint by Elyza Marie Verdido:

Philippines General Hospital, as what we experience, lacks in their attention aspect as a lot of people there seek medical treatment yet they are so slow to respond and I also notice the malfunction of their equipment used in treating their patients resulting for them to not be able to recover fast. Hence, the inadequacy of the rooms reserved for the patient who are recovering and still in treatment are very visible as all the emergency patients are just located in the emergency room without their own privacy to rest and recover and seeing the stress surrounding.
