Text of Complaint by Christina Abarquez:

I have a travel ticket going to the US and back to the Phils last March 2020. Due to the COVID pandemic, I was not able to do so. We were advised we cannot be refunded but will get a credit. I have requested their office over and over that we do not have a definite date to use the credit because of the current situation. My fiance was hospitalized 2x. I requested a refund which they ACKNOWLEDGED and said they will process – the date was October 19, 2020 (see attached email). Its been almost a year now, we still have not received any refund. We badly need the money for medical treatment. We submitted docs to them and I had a supervisor who promised she will handle them. Now, I have been sending emails but NOBODY ever got back to me. Please help.
