Text of Complaint by Theresa:

I placed order online on pharmeasy on 19th April. Medicine delivered to me on 24th April which should be delivered on 22nd April. Didn’t receive my full medicine order. Due to lockdown, I placed order online so I do not have to go out of the house.I didn’t open packets immediately because of covid-19 precautionary measures not to open packet immediately. Today, 27th April, I opened packet to find medicine worth rs 1000+ missing in the packet. Contact pharmeasy and was informed as it is more than 48 hours, they cannot do anything. That’s called customer service for them. Firstly, they delayed the medicine. Secondly, they didn’t deliver medicine to my registered address in Pune which they did in my last 3 orders without any issue. Thirdly, it is their fault to miss out my medicine as ordered. Last three orders placed, I received all medicine without problem. Today when I found out medicine missing,I quickly contacted Pharmeasy call centre and they said they cannot raise any complaint, they cannot deliver the undelivered medicine or refund my money, I was not aware of the 48 hours timing to contact them. As it is medicine, they should provide longer time especially in this covid-19 pandemic time. To avoid getting infected from virus, people are asked to receive parcel and keep at one corner and then open the parcel which i did. Pharmeasy should  help customers with their medicine by delivering them on time and helping them with  their order issues especially in this crisis where going out of the house is risky. They are now cheating people of their money.I checked online and many people like me are being cheated. I was informed manager/supervisor will call but till now didn’t receive any call or emails reply from them. My Pharmeasy order no.is 18365905. Invoice no C026-20-00142122. In this crisis, this huge amount of 1000+ is very important to me. Please help me get my money back. Looking forward to get help. Thank you in advance.
