Dear Sir,
We have recharged our Airtel Mobile No 9550616909 for an amount o Rs.199/- on 16-05-2020 vide Googlepay, Transaction IDot 911599838. But the plan was not activated. and got message from the operator as ollows..

“Dear Airel Customer,
Rs.199 is no longer a valid recharge. Recharge with Rs.248 and enjoy truely unlimited local calls, std & roming calls on any network., daily 1.5gb data & 100sms. pack valid for 28 days
transaction id 911599838.
But the amount Rs.199 was deducted. I request you please either return the amount or send request / link to pay only balance Rs.49/- to activate the Plan.
this is really rediculas sending this message after plan amount payment completion.
