Myself Nagaveni working in BOSCH(OMTP location).
I am staying in this from 1.8years when I joined it was new pg and the owner was different. The owner was very good n maintaining everything in a very well .
From last 6 month’s it has been taken by new owner. The maintenance is not good, there is no security guard for girls pg ,many a times delivery boys comes up to deliver the products n they don’t question,CCTV is not working , washing machine is not proper, most of the times foods will not be prepared with hygiene. Water issue in 2nd floor. If we request for any service rather than fixing they ask us to vacate n they abuses very badly. We can’t say this services are not there so we deduct 500 rupees also. They come on us very badly.
