Was looking for a pg accommodation and this owner asked for visitation fees of 2000 rs that would be deducted from my rent if I do not like the pg afterwards. Felt like a scam since it didn’t make sense to pay for a visit, and after repeatedly questioning the owner about this, he immediately cut the call and stopped responding.
