1) No Hygiene.
2) Food quality very bad.
3) No hygiene in kitchen.
4) Electricity billing fraud (The owner cheats on to Electricity bills no proper calculation, says double of the actual amount)
5) Rude behavior of owner, if anything cross questioned, talks very rude.
6) Crows and Cats are always there in kitchen and nearby food.
7) During Rain water fills in the rooms.
8) Rooms are never dusted.
