Respected Sir/Madam,

I hereby submit this formal complaint concerning a fraudulent transaction perpetrated by an online vendor. On 3rd October 2024, I placed an order through the website https://fabfolds.live/?syclid=3b7ff291-3cbf-4694-ba47-140746d5532e. The transaction was facilitated by Cash on Delivery (COD), which, as I understand now, appears to be a deliberate strategy to obscure their activities and evade scrutiny.

Below are the key details of the transaction:

Subsequently, I received an email from Delhivery courier on 4th October 2024, confirming shipment under AWB No: 23189712136455 with the following package details:

Item Description: Luxury Brand Men’s 100% Pure Cotton POLO T-Shirt (Pack of 4, Size: XXXL)
Total Amount: ₹999.00 COD
However, upon delivery, instead of the specified items, I was sent two used jeans, entirely contrary to the promised product. I find this gross misrepresentation both illegal and unethical, particularly when associated with a reputable courier service like Delhivery.

Immediately after receiving the incorrect items, I took swift action by submitting a return request via email to sellcohappiness@gmail.com on 9th October 2024. Despite my follow-up attempts on 11th October and 13th October 2024, the vendor has failed to respond. It is evident that the vendor is deliberately avoiding all communication, further reinforcing my belief that this is a fraudulent operation.

Investigative Findings:
Further to my grievance, I conducted a thorough investigation, during which I discovered several alarming details:

The contact number listed on the courier package, 098214 16113, is unresponsive and appears to be disconnected.
A search on Truecaller reveals that 137 individuals have flagged this number as belonging to a fraudulent entity.
Upon further inquiry, I located a similar complaint against this vendor filed by another victim, Vishal Kumar, on 6th October 2024 through the Consumer Complaints Court website. His issue mirrors mine, indicating a pattern of deceit involving this vendor.
This fraudulent business practice is in clear violation of consumer protection laws and demonstrates an intentional and ongoing scheme to defraud unsuspecting buyers by delivering incorrect or substandard items.

Relief Sought:
Given the gravity of this matter and the vendor’s apparent unwillingness to resolve the issue, I respectfully seek the following reliefs from the authorities:

Immediate refund of ₹999.00 paid for the order.
A prompt return and collection of the incorrect items delivered to me.
Legal action against the vendor, the associated contact number 098214 16113, and the website https://fabfolds.live to prevent further fraudulent activities and to protect other unsuspecting consumers.
Attached herein the photographs of the incorrect items received. I implore the esteemed authorities to investigate this matter at the earliest, taking necessary actions to bring this fraudulent operation to justice, and prevent any further exploitation of consumers.

I place my full trust in the Consumer Court to take up this case with the urgency and seriousness it demands.
