The agents keep on calling me regarding my slduecloan on january 7 and january 8 even though their application wwas already uninstalled in my phone way back dec. 2023. I am wondering how did they approved a loan that is umder my name without sending any otp code to my registered number. And when I asked the agent that harrassess me through call they gave me acertain number that took loan in my account. The numner wasn’t even mine and how calm that the owner of that number easily access my account when in fact they have theor privacy policy and that application was already uninstalled way bavk december. Who usses my account withput my consetn? The agents keeps on calling me and pursuing me to pay for the poam that I didn’t even apply for. There are a pot of victims thay I’ve talked to that they also experience the same thing as mine that even the app was already uninstalled to their device there is always a text message telling that they applied foa a loan which is fishy because how can a person apply for a loan if they no longer have access to the application. And another thing they are posting the victims om socia media to embarass them and they even create a gc uaing dummy accoumts to embarrass the lenders to their friends family and even scarier to the company that they are working. They even access the contacts and also calls them and tells them that the lender is a fraud. Their action should not be tolerated and legal authorities should close the application so there are no other victims can feel what I felt.
