Dec.04,2022 PesoBuffet started to contact me, message they disbursed 1,500 into my account, I asked Customer Service to send me copy of Loan Agreement, as clearly stated in RA No.3765 and 7394, Creditor must provide FULL information to his Debtors of the costs of Credit, prior Credit Transaction, PesoBuffet ignored all calls, emails, ALL they DO is kept sending REPAY exact amount on or before 7 days from Dec.04, 2022. SEC also stated, Lending App MUST have reasonable legit interest rate, How can a 1,500 pesos become 2,310 pesos in 7 days and STILL have 2nd and 3rd repayments. PESOBUFFET is clearly violating these Republic Acts, and violating the Privacy Acts of their Victims by Penetrating, Hacking the phones and copied ALL Contact Numbers of their Victims
