Some online lending companies has been very helpful to us especially when you have an emergency or if your budget is real short. Honestly this is not my first time borrowing online especially in PesoQ, previously I am able to settle my bills on time. However recently, there were times I miss my bill for a day and the operator or collector of PESOQ Has already been harassing me, but because I know it is my fault that I missed my payment, I just ignore it and settle the bill before the day ends. I send them an email or text at times that i already settled my bill and apologize for the delay as I really don’t want to destroy my good record to them. Some operators were really helpful as well. Until today, I already missed my payment for 2-3 days because of the interest at its highest rate my money was not suffice to settle my bill. I tried to send them a message that my money was not enough and if I can only pay for a certain amount today so theyd know that I am dead serious in paying my debt to them. However that debt collector/operator were harassing me verbally and sending threats that theyd go to my house (sending me my exact addredd to verify where I live) and my company or will not stop calling my employer and everyone on my contact list until i pay for my debt. They violated firstly my rights to privacy by disclosing my information and debt to almost everyone in my contact list and harassing me non stop and sending threat to their finest.
As a borrower I understand my responsibilities in paying my debt as what I agreed about. I signed an agreement of how much i received and even their high interest since I needed the money urgently. I understand that some are doing their job to remind me my payment. I understnd that in every missed day of payment is another bulk of interest being added to my account. I understand that because it is what I signed for. But to harass me this way, send my information to everyone threatens me, I think this is way too much to understand. So, today I am finally writing to complain to you about this matter. I hope you can help me with this concern immediately as they never stop sending messages to everyone. Even makes stories just to destroy my reputation. Thank you
