I have paid all my loan via GCash but they still advise me that I still have an outstanding balance that I need to settle on January 07, 2023. I even sent them a screenshot of the receipt for my payment and they did not even explain why do I have an outstanding they cant provide a brief explanation about it but on the app I still have an active bill that need to pay. Why do I have to pay for it even I already paid them all? With their customer service an agent I spoke with did not response anymore after I ask them why.
