The application won’t open, and have been crashing not allowing access to make a payment, i intend to pay the loan even if i had no intent to push through with it since they have credited 1500 in my account i am due 2310 today, which is my 7th day, i have been trying to access the application immediately after they have credited the amount in my e-wallet so that i could pay it back, because i sense something wrong with their application and do not want any dispute in the future. to my confirmation i seem like they are intentionally blocking access so they could charge a higher interest on the loan. attach herewith is a screenshot that peso buffet cannot be accessed

I have the same concern. I did not approve this loan but they have credited my account. I am trying to send them payment but it wont push through. This is a scam i would say. How to file a complaint?
I also have the same issue here. They are calling all of my contact on my phone. I also want to return the money they gave me. They sent me 1500 n my gcash then after 7days they are calling me to pay for my over due amount of 2490. How to stop this? can some one help me
