I would like to file a complaint against Peso Buffet, for the consistent crashes on the application making it impossible to make a payment. The Loan was not supposed to push through because i did not confirm it, but since it got credited in my account, i decided to just pay including the initial interest the next day, i have made a lot of attempts to open the app and even sent an email about my concern, attached herewith are screenshots of my attempts to open the application, my due is tomorrow August 17, in this regard this complaint is filed to avoid additional interest that they will force me to pay if the payment will not push through because of their scheme

Magandang umaga Po. Complain ko ang peso buffet. Nag loan Ako 1500 ngayun pumasok Naman sa gcash. Badtrip lang 7days bayaran agad 2,310 agad. Pag register ko direct nasiya mag hung tapos approved mga ilang Oras at Hindi kona ma cancel. Paano Po ito?. Saan pwede g ireklamo
ganyan talaga dyan. sabi 180 days pero 7 days lang, kung may 180 days man, sa 3rd due mo, maliit lang babayaran nasa. Halos full payment na yung first two weeks. hirap
Naisoli ko na po sa company nila Ang pera pero twag pa din Sila Ng tawag sabi hndi daw natanggap ehhh COPPERSTONE lending inc Ang company acc.name nila then dun ko din hinulog… 1600 po napunta sa acc.ko tas Ang babayaran is 2400….pero naibalik ko na Kaya lng may ilan ilan Ng tinatawagan sa contacts ko..pano po Kaya Yan?
