I’ve taken a personal loan of 1.2 lakhs in 2018 and paid 6 emis out of 12 emis and faced some financial issues. Due to this RBL bank put interest on my pending emis and now as I’m capable of paying rest of the amount, I sent an email to the RBL bank but they are saying to contact bank branch but when I contacted Mr Yogesh from RBL Gurgaon branch he said account is closed and we can’t do anything. This is impacting my cibil very hardly and not getting any solution.
