I am writing because I think their behaviour towards me in trying to collect the debt is unreasonable and it is considered to be harassment. As per the RBI guidelines, it is not legal for them to call my friends, colleagues or other family members in case of non payment of dues.
They continuously call to my family members & send them the text messages for repayment though I have already told them that due to financial crisis I am not able to pay the due but they don’t have manners to talk. Attached Screenshot of chats for your reference.
