I have requested for a personal loan of 10 lacs and said that I am 74 yrs old. can I have loan. After getting confirmation I have submitted documents  i.e. blank cq, Pan,Adhara etc to your Kolkota Office through whats op on Mobile No 9088794332. I got screenshot approval  Letter with emi for 7 yrs and requested to pay Rs 5600/- as processing charges and legal charges. I paid thr’ Internet banking. After that another letter sent for payment of Rs 12600/- for loan agreement. The amount also paid. I am a pensioner and getting Rs 33000/- pm thr’ State bank of India.  NOC cleared. After this Your sr executive Sri Abhisekh Maandal has told that I have to pay Rs 25500/- towards insurance failing which I am not able to get the sanctioned loan amount into my account.  Repeated ly I told that it is not possible on my part for payment of premium and requested to pay from loan amount and credit the balance amount into my account. for which they refuse and told that  I will be fined of Rs 5600/- if I could not deposit the money before 6 pm of Saturday i.e. 12th December 2020. In case I fail I have to pay further fine of Rs 31600/- on Monday 14th Dec 2020. Now my account has a balance of 27/- rupees and 17 days is there for my maintenance. Please tell me Sir, what I have to do. Every thing was done on the request of your employee  Sri Rohitas Kumar employy Number531593 and adhaar card No 509096970396 and Sri Abhisekh Mandal.  Please advise me what I have to do.
