I have taken a loan from Upwards. But the loan details is not reflecting in there app. So that I have sent many mails and tried to contact them by calls also. But they never respond the mails and the contact numbers are all switched off. That’s why I have cancelled my e-mandate which I mentioned in my mail if they don’t take any action with my issues then I’ll cancel the same. Now they are calling me and asking me for the EMI by using abusing language.
