I had taken one personal load from the TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD approx one year before and I had closed the account within one month. But it is still showing as an active account in my cibil.
recently they have called me three months back and asked for more payment to close this account I have paid the said amount on 21 -dec-2023 but it is still showing as an active account.
Now I am attaching the loan account no. and requesting you to take necessary action against the said company.
