I received a message even after i paid penalty charges according to the agreement and company said “ THIS YOUR LEGAL CASE ID ***1148459 IS GOING FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. WE AT PERSONAL JOB SOLUTIONS ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 72,73,74. IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT. REGARDS, LAW FIRM +919522778009 (EXPERTISE IN cibil CASES) LEGALD”. and forcing me to pay more. They are continuously harassing for more payment or else they will file again case. They are not providing NOC even after paying agreement assigned amount.
