I have been raising complaints related to Airtel 4G past two months but service requests are being closed with out fixing the problem. Today I got a local Manager working for Airtel and asked me all the details related to my location, network speed, etc. Finally he says Airtel will give coverage only 1.5KM surrounding s of the tower. This is how Airtel is behaving with the customers. Did they ever mention this point when you are buying Airtel services?
