I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the transfer of my Jio Fiber connection from my guest house in Coimbatore to another location. It has been one week since I initiated the transfer process, and unfortunately, I have received no response or support from your team despite numerous attempts to seek assistance.

I first raised a complaint through virtual chat support but with no support. Subsequently, I tried contacting your customer care number, hoping to speak with a technical person who could assist with the transfer process, but my efforts were in vain. Even raising a telephonic complaint did not yield any support.

In my desperation for resolution, I reached out to the appellate authority of Jio, but to my dismay, I have still received no support or acknowledgment. The transfer has been rescheduled five times, and I cannot emphasize enough how frustrating and unprofessional this experience has been.

Moreover, contacting the in charge of Singanallur, whose information I acquired from our manager in RS Puram, has been equally disappointing as I have not received any response to my calls or messages.

I understand that challenges and busy schedules may arise, but a prompt and definitive installation date would be greatly appreciated. As a loyal Jio customer, I expect better communication and support in resolving this issue.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to take the necessary steps to expedite the transfer of my Jio Fiber connection to the new location. Your timely response and resolution will be highly appreciated.
