I wanted to get Jio Fibre connection but they are asking for permission. I want to know what legal permission is this agent from Jio is asking for. I live in Rohra Address Newtown Kolkata, if builder is not giving any permission is there any law mentioned in Indian constitution where builder has to give permission? I am a citizen of india. I bought my own house in a society so for me first Indian law will come first what is this permission from builder he is asking that is my major concern
