- I recently shifted to Airtel from Vodafone and it has been the worst customer care experience till date. After porting, the phone worked fine for 2 weeks and then one day we got a message that a document is pending due to which services have been deactivtaed. We visited airtel store and they confirmed that once you submit id again, it will be activated within 48 hours. Now after 5 days when we are calling the customer care, they are saying that the nunber has permanently been deleted from our records. Highly informal employees and who can give them the authority to compeltely delete a number without any prior call initimation.
