My TATA Sky Subscriber ID is – 1318130299
This was about Tata Sky recharge which I did on last week on Saturday 1st June 2019, via TATA SKY application using wallet as Phone pe, Transaction was successfull and account was debited from my account.
The Amount was Rupees 1,475 Rupees but there is no reply from Backend team on this, I have provided transaction ID and Order ID also of successfull Transaction,
The Amount is not reflecting in TATA SKY Account, I would appreciate your help on the same and take action asap and refund my Money to either Bank or TATA SKY Account.
