Good afternoon, I have some very serious complain against PeraMoo and Pesohere online loan app. I downloaded the app to apply for a loan. I’m aware of the due date, on the 1st and 2nd try I’am updated with my payment but struggle in everyday expenses and my husband doesnt have a job for a moment, I am the one shouldering all the expenses. I used to talked to them to have an installment or longer terms, but as per the collection agent in not their concern anymore. They needed the payment right away. They call all my contacts, they harrassed me in text, emails and even posted my personal information and details in fb page and barangay page which is against the Natiional Privacy Commission under Data Privacy Act. They send me various death threats. They maliciously posted my picture. Cyber bully and harassment which cause me problems right now. I was not able to pay because of large penalties and interest. Please help me regarding this matter.
