- I have got a call from the company named REQROOTS TECHNOLOGY where I was offered CAPTCHA work. To do the job I had to sign an agreement which was immediately removed from the link they provided and hence all the helpline numbers got removed too as I was not able to open the link. So basically I thought it was a false call. However, after 10 days wereover, I got a call again from the company saying that since I did not complete the work , I need to pay the compensation amount. I paid 5400 in INR AND asked them to cancel my contract. But to my surprise they demanded me more money, an amount of 27000. I refused and they threatened me with legal actions. They have sent me a mail again claiming that they have filed a complaint against me. This is totally not acceptable and I hope the consumer court helps me with this fraud.

Same incident happened with me also,But I didn’t paid them anything.your fault was there only when you paid compensation amount,My lawyer was Something like Nilesh Thakur,But after knowing about their fraud,I showed my vulgarity and gave them proper slangs which were applied to them only ???
Ya bro mai na police ko bola… Police station ja kr… Police na bola yah sab fraud hai… Bola jo tum kr shkta ho kr lo… Phone krna sa bolna k liya… Or jab maina bola tho un salo na mujha gandi gali dana started kr diya… Or maina v unha acchi acchi gali di… Un salo na avi thak call nhi kiya hai… Bas email vaj rha hai….

Same happen with me also I got call from Adv. MR SHUBHAM AGARWAL stating to pay fine but I not paid they said will take legal action again me. lets what action he will take.
Resolve my problem.
I’m too being threatened by UNIX technology,and sending my legal notice over mail by the name of a lawyer named Shubham Agrawal from some legal entity.
