I ordered two pillows from Pepperfry on 4th Aug 2023. When I received the package, it only contained one pillow. I contacted customer service and they asked for an unboxing video. I told them that I didn’t have an unboxing video, but I could send them a picture of the package, which only contained one pillow.
Customer service called me back and said that they had investigated internally and found no fault. They said that it was possible that the other pillow was lost in transit. I asked them how they had investigated internally and asked for a video of how they pack two pillows, but they were unable to provide me with any of that information.
I am very disappointed with Pepperfry’s customer service. They are refusing to help me even though I have clear evidence that I was sent only one pillow. I am planning to file a consumer court complaint against them.
If you have had a similar experience with Pepperfry, I urge you to file a complaint as well. We need to stand up to these companies and let them know that we will not tolerate their fraud.
