I have done an order with Pepper fry, Order ID: 308182511. It’s a king size cot, delivered to me on 7th July 2022. Assembling happened 2 days later. On Aug 20, I have raised a complaint that the item is broken and for a return. On Aug 22, a carpenter came and yo my surprise he just fit the broken piece with some screws and done with his job. I talked to customer care and explained it not acceptable, they tole they will replace the complete part of it. Since 7 days now, the product is not in usable condition for me. I got a manage call back today and explained that I lost the trust in pepper fry and I want to return this product and need my money back. They told as an exception can return the money, but only to pepper fry wallet. The money which I spend from my account, I want the refund to be on the same source account.
