Dear Consumer Forum,

I am writing to report a pending withdrawal of ₹1600 from [teenpattitarge]. Despite numerous attempts to contact the customer support team, I have not received any response or update on the status of my withdrawal.

The details of the transactions are as follows:

Amount: ₹300

Order ID 2: [ {0} W2025020500025404015]
Amount: ₹300

Order ID 3: [{0} W2025020500024907358]
Amount: ₹1000

Total Amount: ₹1600

I have tried to reach out to the customer support team through [e.g. email: teenpattitarget@outlook.com, and app service chat], but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This lack of communication has added to my frustration and concern about the safety of my money.

I request your assistance in resolving this issue and providing a refund of my money as soon as possible. I would appreciate any update on the status of my withdrawal and the expected timeline for the refund.
