My name is Passi d Sherpa. I was working with Precama Health Care Healthybillion Pvt Ltd Kolkata, presently sitiuated at FlatNo. G/A ,Ground Floor,Mayur Complex, 3A, Loudon St, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017.
The company asked us to resign forcefully in the year 2017.promising us to pay our salary.
The company has paid me 50% of the salary in installments. But it almost 3 years now and as promised by them they still have not paid my remaining balance. Whenever i ask them they threaten me and tell me that i can go to court and sue them. They had also send me cheques for the remianing amount , which i have attached, but they have asked me not to deposit it as they dnt dnt funds with them. They keep lying me and never respond to my call and messages.
This is not the ist time they have being dragged to the court and labour department.
