Pick up of my defective smart watch had been done on 11-03-23, I had received a mail on 24.03.23 that my new product was not available in stack so they will provide me a coupon of the same product value if I agreed. On same day I had replied them to provide me coupon of the same value to purchase a new watch from their website but till today I did not get any coupon or any response on my reminder.
