Hello, I had booked a round trip from Mumbai to Dehradun on 21st May 2022 – moments after which I was called and told that my flights are cancelled because the fares changed.
Here’s my booking reference number: REF841452253.
I’m still awaiting my refund for the same since over THREE MONTHS. This is seriously unprofessional.

I had booked tickets from bangalore to mumbai on 26 May 2022 with ref number REF029426103 and they cancelled the ticket immediately mentioning pnr not generated. When asked they kept on giving me dates one after other. Its been three months and i havent yet received anything from the company. Please take up my complaint against Travolook for considering strict action for duping customers of their big amount of ticket money. This seem to be a fraud tactics by company by cancelling and not refunding their amount
